missingWrote a review on Nov 28delicious thai foodspacious roomcomfortable bedexpensive valetmidnight fire alarm
Y'all, the Thai food in this part of Houston is off the charts! I devoured some killer pad Thai nearby, and it was a total flavor explosion. Plus, the hotel's bar and restaurant definitely hit the spot. The bed? Super comfy! And the spacious room made it my chill zone after a long day out. Easy stroll to the George R. Brown made it perfect for my adventures!
Now, on the flip side, parking is a real kicker. That valet fee had me feeling a bit robbed—$45 a night! Not cool, friends. And let's not even talk about the fire alarm drama at midnight. Smoke in the hallway but no fire? C’mon, that’s just bad luck. Not what I signed up for, ya know?

The hotel's location was excellent for nearby attractions, and the staff provided friendly service during our stay. However, the valet parking fees were unexpectedly high, and the elevators often experienced delays, which detracted from the overall experience.

Fantastic location for the baseball stadium, enormous room, sleek and modern bathroom
The shower could really use a shelf for toiletries!!! !!! The elevators require urgent attention due to lengthy wait times and service issues!!! Valet parking charges are ridiculous and difficult to navigate around!!!

Perfect for couples on a short getaway
The room was surprisingly spacious, like real estate in your dreams. The updated bathroom, no grime, just fresh clean vibes. The view from the 21st floor ballroom? That was something else, especially at sunset, the city lights really popped!
It wasn't exactly cheap, but you know, for what you get it felt acceptable.

The stylish lobby had me feeling like a movie star—if only I had my own Oscars entourage! The room I stayed in was updated and cozy, complete with a Bluetooth mirror that added a tech twist to my morning routine. Plus, the hotel's proximity to Minute Maid Park made catching an Astros game a breeze, and the staff's prompt service was icing on the cake.

The hotel beautifully combined historic Art Deco architecture with modern touches, creating an elegant ambiance. The spacious lobby and well-maintained common areas provided a warm and inviting atmosphere, making me feel right at home as a senior traveler.
Elevator wait times were frustrating at peak hours.

missingWrote a review on Nov 03friendly staffspacious roombeautifully decorateddining experienceelevator delays
The stay was enjoyable overall, especially because the staff was consistently friendly and the room was spacious and beautifully decorated. It's conveniently located near attractions like Discovery Green and various dining options. the dining experience left much to be desired; the breakfast was lackluster, and there was a noticeable delay with the elevators due to only two being operational during our visit. Despite these issues, I appreciated the charm of the place and the wonderful room.

missingWrote a review on Nov 01thin walls
The building’s maintenance felt like an ongoing project, with two out of five elevators working at a crawl. Hearing every late-night conversation from the neighbors through thin walls made it hard to catch some shuteye. Plus, street parking was a hassle—only could add time once on the app, and everyone I saw ended up with tickets while trying to figure it out. Not having a microwave in the room was also a letdown, especially when late-night snacks were needed.
